How does the Unwanted Voucher Service work?

Our service is designed to be as simple as possible.  Just follow these four easy steps to sell or swap you unwanted vouchers in under ten days.

First of all you provide us with a little bit of information about the vouchers you want to sell or swap.  We'll then come back to you with the best possible deal for your vouchers.  We usually offer between 70% and 90% of the face value.  You'll also need to give us your contact details.

If you agree to the price, we put aside your money there and then.  However, you'll need to send us the vouchers in the pre-paid envelope that we give you so that we can check their validity before sending you the money or swapped vouchers*.

Then, we will send you your money or your new vouchers** within seven working days.

* All post is sent at your risk.  If you're worried about sending vouchers in the post we can provide a guaranteed delivery service at an extra cost.

** We are very flexible about the means of payment we can offer - cheque, bank transfer, postal order, or PayPal.  Swapped vouchers will be returned to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
